Mary Stanton is a part-time lecturer in the BioResource and Agricultural Engineering Department. She graduated from the department in 2020 with a degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering. Shortly after graduating, she started working in mechanical engineering and hydrology services. When COVID struck she found her passion outdoors in the surveying department and pivoted careers. She has been surveying the central coast ever since. She specializes in residential topography, FEMA flood certifications, flood studies, and 3D modeling. In addition to teaching and surveying, she advises the ASCE competition surveying team.
